U may need an id proof for costly parcels to be received sometimes.
Mostly they keeps mar parcel there for 3 days if I'm out of town..
6:00-6:30 pm they shuts their shop...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large office with No Respect For Customers. Don't allow you inside where the key persons are sitting. The security person interacts with you as if he is the Reception. Wastes your 15-20 minutes by talking on phone or with other staff. During all this you have to stand and the staff don't offer you any seats. They offer vague excuses when it comes to exchanges of your old items. If any body in Bharuch is ready to tolerate all this then only buy from Flipkart.
