★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bhopal was definitely waiting for a place like this. Entertainment and Fun through Games, Exquisite ambiance, a lit evening view and yummy authentic food with quality and taste guaranteed, what else do we need! Drinks? Oh they have that too!!
Coming to the food part you definitely need to be heavy on the wallet. It's expensive compared to other restaurants and quantity won't satisfy your tummy so warning before you are disappointed with this thing.

Though quite expensive but is worth when you come at night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The construction of the place is brilliant and the lights are great. BUT, the food is just the opposite. They didn't serve what was ordered (as written on the menu) and instead brought something else altogether. Highly disappointed. The staff did not mention about the same while I ordered the dish. This place really needs some improvement. Do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome amusement theme park with restaurant. Horse Derby, Hoop Shot, Ball Bingo, Footpool, Trampoline, mini Golf and Game Cube are the services and games offered. The restaurant is elegantly designed and offers good delicious food. Overall good spot for spending time with family and kids. The ambience is good. The management is courteous. The entrance has the Flipside sign board, flipping the wall was good, the Graffiti is beautiful.

The ambiance and the location of the restaurant/cafe/playzone is top notch. The staff is pretty good too. They have a big screen to telecast sports and maybe some other seasonal events. The food here is average. Not very impressive and not bad even. The rates are slightly on the higher side in terms of being economical. Overall it has been a pleasant experience . I would suggest to be there in the evening before sun down and stay over to see the citylights change.
One thing that caught me was their addition of service charge of 7% over the bill. This is beyond the CGST and SGST. The waiters aren't much informed about this tricky charge. When I asked about it to the manager, he said that if you don't want to pay the service charge you are free to do so. We will reduce that from the bill.
There is no strict law over the service charge. Restaurants are free to charge a portion that's usually not beyond 10% over the bill, but it is always at the discretion of the diners to pay it or not. It is also the responsibility of the restaurant to inform the diner about this charge through word or written form which was failing evidently here.
So just sharing this with you, so that you know that the charge is upto you to pay. And because obviously the restaurant will not tell you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I don’t like giving bad reviews but the attitude of the employees and service offered was terrible which made me give such a review! Exorbitant prices charged for pretty average games! Half of the open space has been taken over by some bar being built!
We just went there to get some activity for my 4 and 1 year old, but they didn’t enjoy the games much and we were asked to pay again even if my 1 yr old was going in the play area without playing. Employees need to learn some basic manners and smile!
