★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a 3 way shower mixer installed from flitz. It came out of the wall and there was a huge water leakage. I spoke to Mr. Vipul Patel who told me that their products don't have warrenty but asked me to send a pic on his what's app I did so along with the bill. When I checked on the site it said 7 years warrenty. I told him on what's app that I saw that they give 7 years warranty. To that he said " Srinagar ( Kashmir) no warranty." Which itself is very unethical. Also the shop I got this product from was a Bell bathware dealer which he saw on the bill and he kept asking me to contact Bell. Hence I highly recommend against them. They are discriminative as well as do not take responsibility of their products
