Excellent furnishing store with latest design and Good service.

Very very poor quality to paste wallpapers. All the all papers came down from the wall within 5 to 6 months. After complained again & again there are no any perfect answer or solution by floating teams. Still my wall papers are not fit by floating walls. I suggest another place to buy wall papers.

Thanks for the reply, the owner...because you had stopped receiving my calls after I had shared my grievance of neither the installer coming for the installation of the blinds nor he was responding to my calls besides the non response from you and Kaushik and that too after taking the advance. Moreover, replying to your post, point by point and as per the mobile call recordings: 1) I had not informed you at any point of my conversation that I had tried other places and they had refused me for the installation of the blinds. Your place was the one and only place of my approach and as both you and Kaushik had given positive response, I didn't have to go to any other vendor. 2) I was not Informed either by you or by Kaushik that the installer by the name of Rizwan, who was sent by you, was a new installer and was unknown to you. If you or Kaushik would have informed me about it then neither I would have allowed him at my place nor I would have given him the advance. I had allowed him to visit my place and had given him the advance as he was sent by you guys from "Floating Walls ". 3) In the situation of a lockdown, if you had sent the blind installer, you had not done so only to help me but your interest of earning some money out of the work was also there. 4) Whenever I had spoken to your store installer- Rizwan, he was always outside his home. So how can you say that his home was sealed and he was not allowed to move out. 5) On every call of mine, your installer was bluffing me with both, that he had purchased the required material and next, he will visit my place for the installation the next day, which has not happened till date. 6) Kaushik had sent the installer during the lockdown period when the situation was eased out and the workers were allowed to complete their work before 11 AM everyday. Had you or your installer been serious for the work, the work would have been over till now and there would have been no escalation. 7) To support my entire points, I have all the call recordings, from day one till now. Kindly let me know if you would like me to either post them on the social media or would you like to receive them on your mobile number. I hope that from next time you will not try to prove a genuine customer wrong without his / her fault, specially who have been exploited either by you or by your team from your store or who have given an advance amount to you / your team. If a customer is approaching your place, he or she is doing so for a quality service and is investing his or her time and money. Hence from next time try to put yourself in the customer's shoes before defending yourself through an incorrect approach of lies. Guys this is my reply to the owner' s post of the brand , " The Floating Walls " which is located on Gandhi Path. He has only used lies to defend himself. Even after my reply, if the owner of "Floating Walls" do not take an initiative of returning my advance, I wi be forced to take a legal action against him and the brand as, now, I am not interested in getting the work done by him or his brand. Please be careful in your conversation and dealing with the owner and the team of " Floating walls" . Specially if they ask you for an advance, please do not give them any. Below is my earlier post on which the owner had replied with all the false allegations and information. I had requested for an installation of blinds for which the owner guided me to speak to Kaushik at the store. Kaushik sent an installer who visited my place and took the advance to purchase the material for the installation of the blinds. It has been more then a week since I have been following the owner, Kaushik and the installer. Initially they responded to my telephone calls but now neither are responding to my telephone calls nor are refunding the advance taken from me. I will not advice to either purchase anything from this shop or pay them any advance. They are not trustworthy at all.

Buy at your own risk. I have been the customer of this shop for many years now. I never bargain and just request the shopkeepers to give me a best price. Being a long term customer of this shop, I ordered a wall paper and they told me a price. I asked for any minor discount if they can do. They said the price is after discount. At the time of final payment, I rounded the amount and reduced Rs 80 (which is only 1% of the total amount). But, Mr. Rajesh got so upset talking about company policy and had a very assertive tone. Mr. Kaushik never bothered to reply. In short, I can't buy from a store where they can't value their customers and can be rude even for a tiny amount. Very cheap behavior. They lost a customer and I know they don't care.

Worst wall paper service providers in vaishali nagar, jaipur. see image, they installed this wall paper 2 weeks ago and it has started falling apart already! Also, i can see patches there in the wall paper! extremely poor work done by floating wall.
