Today’s well-known home furnishing brand F&F was founded by Subhash Khandelwal in 1984, Wanting to upgrade the quality of home decor in India. F&F was started as a company specializing in rugs, wall to wall carpets and flooring products and has come a long way since then.
In 1996, the company saw new heights as the second generation leader Vivek Khandelwal came aboard. That year F&F opened their second store in Gurugram with which they established themselves as a leading luxury home furnishing brand in India. In years to follow, F&F started a distribution network for their own F&F international editor collection of home fabrics. This collection includes everything from flooring’s to furnishings fabrics and wall coverings.
In 2008, under the leadership of son Nakul Khandelwal and since 2011, creative director Maarit Salolainen , a vastly experienced Finish textile designer, F&F established an in-house design studio with a team of qualified young designers. The design studio aims to provide the customer interior fabrics which meet international quality with unique designs, newest material developments and a fully coordinated interior scheme and ideas for every environment. Inspiration comes from fashion and modern city life as well as from the wonderful Indian heritage with a vast treasure of designs and colours.
Presently, headed by Subhash Khandelwal and sons Vivek and Nakul, F&F is a family managed business with a mission to bring joy, colour and new ideas to our everyday life international quality and latest trends with an Indian touch. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a worst experience dealing with them. Please don’t go with their brand name in the market they are not really worth it. We got our new house curtains from them, our experience was realy bad and would not recoment anyone to deal with them. First they suggest you with the expensive and costly material they have with them. Then they ask you for total 100% payment to be done. Then they keep on delaying to send the curtains till the time you do not poke them regularly. Then the curtains are placed, it looked as if the measurements are not taken proper and it looked soo shabby and pathetic. The staff is soo rude and they do not understand what you say they try to convience you with the wrong work they did by saying “ sir asa he hota h, shi toh h”. They are only concered about thier payments not the customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ F&F is a one stop hassle free solution for all your furnishing needs. They even have some unique Spanish down pillows if you are into such indulgence. The major call-out here for us was our host in the shop, Mr. Ram Tirath ji. What a gentleman. He sat with us for hours explaining everything there is to know about what you think you need and what you actually need and why. He was so patient with us that we returned to order from him a week later, with measurements. This is the quality of service people should aspire to deliver to their customers. I would give the shop another 5* for the service they offer.
