★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service they didnot understand the feeling behind the Rakhi occasion, not delivered on time and still not received , no proper customer care support, you can not track the items either in website or App, they don't call to customer and ask the delivery pin. Made my rakhi occasion worst.
18th August they said items is delivered when I ask to customers care on 19 th August they said sir its not delivered and it'll get delivered on before 21 August, on 21 August they said sir it'll get delivered today it's self and now they are saying sir it'll get delivered 22 August time they can't commit ..
I have all the chat conversion which gives u the confidence item will get delivered on time but u will never get ur gift on time. Please stop if u are not able to handle it's.. stop playing with customers emotional.. no no no never again I choose Flower Aura ..

My sister has sent me rakhi from floweraura and when we opened the box the rakhi cover was torn and it was a defected piece with one end of the thread cut. i have call customer care many times but everytime they have disconnected the call. Please don't buy anything from this fraud online site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service provider on festive dates. Don't trust on the delivery date mentioned; even after 1 day delay they are taking 3 days again to deliver... No sense of responsibility nor approach. Inspite of it no refund policy is there nor an alternative. Horrible experience and heavily disappointed.
Better to go ahead with FNP.
