★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, this is a gem right there in Karvenagr for us pet parents who always struggled to find a reliable grooming service around. Ginger totally loved the overall experience! He got a complimentary massage too, yayy! They do a pretty fab job and now this is our go to salon for Ginger! :) Radha is super loving and so is the entire staff! We woof you! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 6 months old Golden Retriever (Hazel) loved getting groomed & bathed at Fluff. Everyone is professional & super friendly. Important thing for me was Hazel getting comfortable while grooming, and after my first experience at Fluff, I can confidently say that she got loads of tender loving care & can't wait to get her next bath at Fluff! I am 100% satisfied with the service & would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to see their pets handled with care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service ever, place looks small and is a bit inside from the road. Took the full service which was epic. Hair trimming and styling was perfect.
I thought my dog would be a hard to handle but surprisingly he was way too calm and actually enjoyed it a lot.
The staff is friendly and professional so they take good care of your pet. Even if you cant be with your pet and watch the whole process they did send me the video and pics while the process was going. You can rest assure about all the process that they do. It was really a very great experience.
I personally have tried many salons in pune but this was really something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing pet grooming place for all breeds of dogs and cats, at a very nice & prime location in Pune city. They offer all their services at very reasonable prices. The owner herself puts in a lot of efforts and does a great job with full dedication! She has a very loving & caring way of handling the animals. Which leaves the dog owner very happy & satisfied. Also, they operate on appointment basis which helps them devote 100% time and attention to one pet at a time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our 8 months old Chow Chow for his first grooming session at Fluff and are extremely satisfied with the service provided.
He is temperamental and can get aggressive but Radha and her team made sure he was comfortable throughout the session.
The way they handled him was perfect and I was super surprised to see him calmer than what I expected.
Most importantly, your pup doesn’t get tied up; instead they will make sure he/she is comfortable on the grooming table and work towards keeping it that way.
We’ll be going back soon! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Current update 02/22 - you can not stay with your pet during grooming due to covid norms. So plan the visit accordingly.
Finally found a perfect Grooming Salon for our dog. The owner is professionally certified Groomer. She is very friendly and patient with dogs. Talking with our Bruno throughout the haircut and making him comfortable.
Her assistant did a good job in bathing him.
Best thing is they don't tie your dog while cutting his hair.
I loved the place as well. It has very attractive theme with good vibes.
I totally recommend this salon for your pet's grooming.
Go without a second thought.
