★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never see gym like this no coaching no helper. They only prefer personal trainer. Only interior or management is Gud otherwise nothing is gud in this gym. Very very discusting & poor gym I have never see gym like this.. untrained coaches no body tell u that r u nt doing properly exercise. I love to exercise bt due to such of thing I don't go regularly..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent gym for the price. Lacks proper maintenance of the cardio equipment but the weight room is well maintained. There is a biometric entry system which is quite annoying as it takes forever to recognise your fingerprint. Gets a bit crowded during weekdays in the evenings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to other gyms in the area, especially for the equipment available. While we now have an upgraded weight room and new treadmills both excellent, it costs extra to attend many of the group fitness classes. All of the employees are very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A chain of gyms in Delhi NCR region. It's a great pocket friendly option if you are really passionate about working out.
One can expect all the necessary machines and weights for a good workout. Coaches are average. But like I said the set up is good so one can have a good time with basic level coaching.

Only interior is Good otherwise nothing is good in this gym.
Very very disgusting & poor management I have ever see.
Gym management is very poor. Personally I'm very disappointed with the management.
They gives false commitment. After you join they cooks new story and etc etc.
Overall i would give only 1 star to Fluid Gym. Never recommended to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a girl, dont go there. The crowd is not good, and you will get stares literally throughout your workout. I did take this up with my management, and they were nice enough to give me personal training at no additional cost. I have to say the equipment is good, the management is understanding, and the trainers are nice. Its just the crowd that goes there is....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent gym but the equipment is kind of old. The trainer is just present for namesake or personal training. Recommended if you create and work out on your own and just need to use the infrastructure without any help from the trainers. Open atmosphere otherwise though the equipment is in a very used state. Floor and workout area is decently large.
