★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I went to this place with my friends and family, the woman standing for the reception and the security guard, you are Marathi, you cannot sit inside. You were told to sit outside. All I want to say to the hotel administration is that we are all Indians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a few beers, wasn't disappointed. Although, they could add a couple more fans cause it does get pretty hot in the summers, more of an inconvenience than a problem. Good staff. A 4/5 overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience on valentine's day. We were treated almost like beggars. Yes, it was crowded but there were sufficient service personnel to tend the crowd. We were neglected and i habe to request repeatedly just to take our orders. Nobody showed up. That's not called Hospitality. Never visiting this place again and goi g to spread the word, how horrible this place is

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place to have party. It offers wonderful ambience. Food is not great though like BBN or Poptates. So don't have much expectations from taste point of view. Limited menu but it offers good option for drinks. Place is in WTC building so no issue with parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Ambience. Food quality is good with decent taste etc. Service was very slow on a Saturday night. Can do better on the service front. Part of our order never arrived as the kitchen was too busy and main course tooke more than 45 mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality of food and beverages. The drinks where hot with only handful of choices. The price was over the roof and value for money is questionable even for international travelers. A real pint cost the same as in Carnary wharf London
The location is good, next to IT park thus I guess people have limited choices which potentially the place can get away with anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well the place is deserted just like in the picture. Being Saturday thought there would be crowd here but to my surprise it was empty. No ambience. Handful of staff. Food is ok.
No choice in beers only available is kingfisher premium. Maybe cause PPL don't come here anymore they are keeping only limited stock of inventory.
Food quality is average. Asked for Thai Curry said not available. Had to order Indian food. Taste was ok.
Would suggest don't waste time traveling all the way to WTC try new palaces around.
