★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had highlights with this salon. I think they are using bleach instead of cream for highlighting.In fact i told her that the colour is not looking good on me and this the not the same colour what i want.but she tried to convinced me the colour looks good on me.after a month my hair become worst color also changed and alot of hair fall now my hair is looking like hell and hair become so ruff I don't suggest anyone to do services at this salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever. They took 4k for global colur and hair cutting and I must say really really feeling crying everyday whenever I see the mirror ! Please do not take any service with Kamal !! Not happy at all and don't recommend to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basic services were good but i was stunned to notice that there was just 1 trimmer among 3 stylist. I m lucky that I didn’t have to wait for the trimmer or else I might have raised the complaint to some senior professionals. But considering fly is such a huge franchise I m really surprised to see this. I hope there is some better reasons for this.

I went there for hair smoothening but you hair consultant suggested me to go for kerabond+ pro keratin so I did as per they said but the results were horrible ! Within 15 days of treatment my hair started falling completely in strands as well as hairs started getting waves for which I visited ur salon again and complained about it where ur one of the hair stylist checked my hair and told me that it was the staff's mistake
As he has done the procedure half and the procedure is not been completed so they will do it again I agreed and the procedure which was left was performed after that I thought the hairs will be good but the same thing happened again within 2 months of treatment my hair started getting waves and became too much thin but this time I didn't visited ur salon ! I went there to make my hair looks beautiful but instead of that they become more thin as well as no straight look even after using same shampoo and conditioner !Very worst experience I have even dm them in Instagram but no response from them what a great service they provide !! Giving 1 start because Google does not have any opt of 0 star ! Many people may ignore this feedback thinking that some people may have bad experience and they are correct too but dnt forget dearones u can also come in that some people !They did unprofessional things they kept the procedure half which was very unprofessional bcoz of which I have lost too much hair that too in complete strands if i would not have visited that salon again for complain I wouldn't have known about this and yes only one good thing was that they accepted their mistake that they have done the procedure half ?if you want to waste your money and spoil ur hair then plz visit here ! ????

I had visited this place twice on basis of google review. I would like to share my experience with everyone so no one get misguide.
I have been to this salon twice, first time I went there and got a haircut, beard and facial done spent around ₹3350 ( while I was waiting for my turn the staff kept staring at me like they have not seen a human before and made me feel super uncomfortable) I decided to give them a second chance, Went today as well and I remember the price for facial from 3 weeks ago and asked them for the same and to confirm the price again so I know what I’m going to pay( staff discussed the price for 5 minutes in the back room while I was waiting on the chair) I was told that facial Starts from ₹2500 and that’s the cheapest facial they have I was so shocked because I was offered the same facial for ₹1000 last time and now the cheapest one was ₹2500. Anyways when I confront them I was told that’s it a special deal and you get the facial for ₹2500 like what ?? doesn’t seem to make any sense. I walked out and told them not to scam people.
There are many good salons in the area please consider them. Avoid this place at any cost.
