Never seen such level of unprofessional and rude behaviour.
They don’t even have the basic etiquettes.
The delivery guy refused to deliver the parcel to the mentioned address even though he was asked not to come to the doorstep but to atleast reach the mentioned location!
The customer care service too just a waste of time!
Highly recommend not to use this pathetic courier service!
