Good trainers who give lots of personal attention. Carefully designed regimes keeps it interesting everyday. Good for people trying to start a healthy lifestyle (like myself). Loosing weight, getting fit, having fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FMA was the best investment I ever made for my health and body. The instructors are fabulous and knowledgeable. This place has something new to learn everyday. It's very different from a regular gym ...here you won't know what does the class has in store for you. The curiosity of what is the next new class about makes u regular to this place. Strongly recommend everyone should try this place....it's a place that will take your body fitness, strength, endurance to the next new level & challenge you everyday !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional place. The instructors are experienced and encouraging. I was surprised to find Jeet Kune Do being taught here, as it isn't commonly found in India. The training room is well-equipped and the cafe/seating area outside is quite welcoming. Prices are a bit steep (starting from 5k for 8 one-hour sessions in a month). But if you can afford it, I would recommend to go for it.
