I would like to thank Amit Dua for presenting delicious cuisine varieties at my private party and that too without breaking the bank. He's the best caterer in Delhi NCR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Mr. Amit Dua's catering services for a marriage event. Before payment of advance he gracefully agreed to all our requirements. After payment of advance he stopped answering our emails and written messages. On phone he still agreed to all our requirements. 2 Days before the event Mr Dua came to our place for full payment. We had already paid him more that 50% advance. We requested him to take the complete payment at the time of event to which he totally refused and blackmailed us that he would not do catering unless we made the complete payment. Mr. Dua didnt even have courtesy to come for the event and blatantly refused his commitments , both written and verbal, on phone. His managers didnt even have the copy of the finalized menu and kept saying that its not their fault , they are doing what Mr. Dua told them to. Mr Dua spoiled our function. PLEASE PLEASE stay away from him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were recommended Amit Dua and the FNB India team by a family friend, and as good as his food was, the cons of hiring the FNB India team out weighed the pros. Needless to say, if you’re willing to take the risk, feel free to hire them, but if you’re looking for a stress free and an honest caterer, we’d wouldn’t recommend this team. We hired the team for the 7th and 8th of December at Satvik by Chhabra Farms.
At first, we were given a list of items that were going to be served at the events that the team was hired for. However, as the date came through, half of the items were missing at the event. The full payment was taken well in advance and then the team didn’t provide all the items that were agreed upon by the two of us.
Apart from that, items were late to the venue, and fruits were still being cut when the event had already started. So, if you’d like to hire them, just make sure the complete payment isn’t given prior to everything being checked, and the complete payment is given after the event is completed. If you can make an agreement with half of the money given after the event, only then you’d be safe otherwise he’s probably likely to do the same thing. We had a very negative experience with this team, and wouldn’t recommend them to our family and friends.
