★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This time it's a great disappointment for me. I didn't get fresh white lilies that I had ordered. Paid Rs 1000 for 10 sticks of stale white lilies. If there was no sufficient stock or unavailability of flowers then they should clearly mention it. So that we can choose something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude people working there. They don't respect their clients. For some reason they all sound very frustrated despite being in this line of work. Would advise against approaching them for service. There are other branches that can be approached. I spoke nicely and told him that they are misleading with false information and they just cut the call. Not nice people. Very disheartening.
