★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I was unable to upload a photo for a personalised Anniversary cake from USA, I called their local Jaipur number and spoke to Lekhraj. He was extremely helpful and efficient. The exact cake with the photo was delivered the following day on time as promised. I am very impressed by their service. I had sent out an email as well which was promptly responded by Nancy. Though it would be nice to get the website fixed so that others don’t face the problem and frustration I went through uploading a photo. But thank you so much for your excellent service and cooperation. Will definitely use it again and recommend my friends too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with ferns and petals. They don't even deserve single star. What they show in the image is completely different from the delivered one. They don't even deliver on time and the products are overpriced. FnP app is worst app ever used. While placing order, the payment page has issues. Their sales person will call you for the order in cart but not suppose to deliver the product on time for which I already paid. So irresponsible customer support even they don't have coordination with their other branches. Just for the 10 roses and a pack of chocolates they charge 1500 which is not worthy. Its better to invest that money somewhere else. I am sharing the picture how unprofessional the gift is looking. Is it really worth spending 1500 for this !!!!!
