★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most terrible place to book flowers . The delivery was supposed to be at noon and none knows till 1 pm where the delivery is call the support number they will raise a ticket , call the vendor Lokhandwala they have no clue it is fraud company and has fraudulent systems . We have to leave for someplace but can’t as need to wait for the flowers !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered for 9:00 AM but when we called up at 11:00 AM, there was still no delivery boy available. We were not informed of or apologised to about the delay. We placed the order over the phone and were told the cake would cost 699 rupees but when we checked the website today morning, it was supposed to be on discount and sold for 549. We had no choice but to cancel the order even though we had planned a surprise cake for our daughter’s birthday.
Terrible service, will never order from Ferns N Petals again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The product delivered was different from the reference picture as shown on their website. They took a note to be mentioned on the gift but didn't deliver along my order. (And said we don't put a note card message) which wasn't communicated to us earlier before placing the order.

They have beautiful papers and Ravi and his team are sincere and committed to delivering a wow experience. Previous experiences with mr Yankesh have been great too. Not sure why this tore doesn’t have a better rating. Recommended florist!
