I got this stores number on Google and I called them up and asked to arrange a delivery for me . The staff was very friendly and understood my urgency and got it delivered on time . Best service . Sitting in Mumbai I placed the order hustle free .

Delivery was to be done between 8 to 10am which was mentioned while placing the order 2 days in advance.However it was delivered at 11.20am.Had to make repeated calls to know the status of delivery.Was informed everytime that it will be delivered in 10 mins.Today when I went to complain at the shop the person was very rude and did not want to accept his fault. Fern and Petals has totally disappointed us.Hopeless service.

Staff is good nd friendly. Everythng is quiet up to the mark and customer friendly Authenticate orders have been reached nd is the best shop for buying flowers.

With the increasing pollution level in NCR it's better to go for the Air Purifying plants offered by FnP instead of buying expensive Air Purifiers.
Location: It's easy to find and located centrally at Qutab Plaza.
Delivery experience: I wasn't present at my office to pick up my plant gift :) however the FnP delivery executive took extra efforts to ensure I get the delivery.
