★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not really not in mood to give a single star as well. Placed an order for a wedding anniversary cake. They confirmed the order but by placing few hours ago, they called and said they can't place the order because they don't have delivery boy. Like Ridiculous. Faced the worst experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great place! I had to order something for my moms birthday and they delivered it to me very fast and accurately. I even had to call day-of in order to make a change and they were very accommodating and still delivered in time. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

I ordered a two layered lucky bamboo placed in glass bottom , with a happy birthday tag on it .... at the time of delivery I got a call saying that the happy birthday tag is out of stock. It was very disappointing... if it was out of stock, it should have be mentioned on the website!! When the product was delivered... the glass bottom had a crack on it!!... again really disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! Ordered online and in store and never had any problems. Flowers are beautiful (with a large variety) and were delivered in perfect condition every time. Needed to make last minute changes one time and they were very accommodating. My go-to place for all holidays! Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible customer service! I placed an order for Jakarta for the guitar online session for a friend's birthday and they gave zero update till the night. Still don't know if and when somebody will call.
Customer service is so mechanical they keep saying - don't worry it'll happen but give no further update.
Best part is these people have no review section in facebook. Obviously they know, people will start posting the truth.
When I didn't complete purchase once, they had the guts to call me at midnight and ask me to complete it and they were ready to assist. Desperate sales freaks!

Orchids,exotic lillies and flowers are available on orders.
Bought one rose petal garland from here last week (Delivered next day) and it was exactly same as the sample picture shown by staff.
However the prices are bit high for some flowers which can you get at relatively cheaper rates in metro cities because of low demand as well as additional logistics cost.
Vases,bamboos,small terrariums,potpouri etc are available here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience on my bday , my friend had ordered me lucky bamboo , the flask was broken . Imagine someone sending you this on your bday .
Also another bouquet which I received , cut my hand . The quality in Varanasi is really detoriated .
I would suggest go look for some other option.

I have ordered a Gudhal plant as a birthday gift for my aunt. And it wilted away just in one day.
They charged almost Rs.800 for online purchase and delivery. I have attached the photo of the plant. You can see how it wilted in one day only, performed poorer that a flower bouquet !
Certainty the owner did not grow it in the pot but just plucked from somewhere and dumped it the container.
May be they are good for flowers but worst for plants.
Very poor customer service.
Update: This is to respond to the message below. I did discussed with the company on phone and they denied to extend any support. Only thing they offered was a Rs250 coupon which I declined.
