We were victims of such irresponsible behavior from these guys. Ordered for a cake a day before our child’s birthday. We had given our address correctly, but they, without checking the address properly, mistook the place for another with a similar spelling and called us from another state altogether, for the delivery. After calling up the customer care, they assure us that the cake will be delivered at our correct address the same day by evening. And then at 9pm while we’re eagerly waiting for the cake, they call to tell us that they wont deliver the cake that day. We had organized a small family get together and our daughter was eagerly waiting to cut the cake (she’s 4). Imagine our embarrassment and disappointment. To make matters worse, they then inform us that they can deliver a Black Forest Cake the next day as Belgian Chocolate (the one we ordered) isn't available these days due to lockdown!
So why didnt the website inform us of the unavailability?
In short, fnp just destroyed our day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service. I ordered a buttercream cake for my daughter's birthday. I specifically mentioned while ordering that we needed a buttercream cake and NOT a whipped cream cake. I paid Rs.1100 for a tiny half kg cake just on the belief that I was getting a butter cream cake. Not only did they deliver a whipped cream cake, but they also refused to send an alternate buttercream cake the same day. My daughter was not able to enjoy her birthday cake because of the poor service of ferns and petals. I will never choose their services again.
