★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional service with highly knowledgeable and qualified staff especially Sufi who had great patience in diagnosing and suggesting the appropriate treatment plan for the elbow pain my wife was suffering for past few months. The focushealth team not only ensured a high quality and personalized service for complete treatment of the elbow pain but also suggested exercise routines as a control mechanism to prevent the pain from surfacing in future. I am immensely thankful to the FocusHealth team for the excellent service they provided and highly recommend them.

Aravind Sir has taken in charge of treating my mom. His service is so kind . His words are encouraging for the patients. My mom was able to do all the exercises very well now with help of his gradual training . Thank you Sir..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After seeing reviews I visited for my ankel ligament sprain but I see no one takes care what's the issue is. So I asked them to meet doctor the next day I explained all my issues to him but for following days I see no proper guidance just the practitioner do ultra sound and asks me to do exercises at home without a proper demo given.
My pain got increased from then I stopped visiting. With my request I saw the physiotherapist there and for next visits I didn't see him only the practitioners will be available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have diagnosed with disc buldge.i have back pain with sever radiating pain in right leg n I was not able to do standing n walikng for a minutes.i visited focushealth clinic .sufi madam explained me about my treatment plan in details.she is given me proper treatment.handle my case very well.now I am without pain.i can able to do my office work.n all daily routine activities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother has been suffering from Osteoporosis, frozen shoulder and Parkinson from past 4 years, We are getting treatment from best doctors across India many advised to get regular physiotherapy. Luckily we found Dr Sofia the gold medallist from Focus health physiotherapy clinic, she is treating my mother from over 6 months now, we have visited more than 10 physiotherapy clinics without any iota of doubt I can tell she and this clinic is the best we have ever found in entire Bangalore, a lot of improvement in my mother’s health , she’s independent and able to walk without issues. Now she’s part of our family’s and this clinic is part of our life. Thank you very much Dr Sofia and Dr Aravind Focus Health Clinic Ananthnagar you guys ROCK!!!!

You get to meet very friendly and courteous Dr. Sofia who will welcome you with genuine smile. Physio Dr. Sofia is perfectionist, Friendly, Knowledgeabele and super smart ! fixed my mother in laws shoulder blade pain in just 2 sittings. She has got great skills on trigger point release, treating frozen shoulder and Parkinson. Professional and friendly staff! Keep up the good work! Kudos to the team and keep going...

I did my ACL surgery and post which I had to go through physiotherapy to regain the flexibility and strength of my leg. Aravinda sir helped me through this period and with his care and guidance I could get back to normal much ahead of the schedule. In the initial period, he made sure that I am progressing everyday and each day there was visible progress. In each stage, he taught me how to walk with the support of a walker, crutches and without any support etc... and gave me the confidence to do so. He also taught me the different strengthening exercises to do and helped me in doing those. Really happy that I got such a good physiotherapist during this recovery period. Thanks a lot Aravinda sir, much appreciated.
