★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Way too crowded.
2. I don't know if it's the dealer or cashify, but reached there for dropping off my old mobile and the guy sitting there reduced 25% value from the money to be paid for "there are kinks on the plastic on the body around the screen, so this counts as a damaged display". The display had no problem/crack whatsoever.
Needless to say, I refused to be ripped off and left.

They had the store locked in the store at peak hours to have some meals. They asked us to wait outside till they all finish having their food. They did not bother when we got up to leave after waiting.
The store is meant for business not for having meals at 5 pm. They could have taken turns to have snacks. All the 6 staff members partying in the store keeping the customers waiting outside does not make any sense to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashify is faithless and liar store. I made telephonic contact for sale of my Samsung Note 8, Tilak Nagar shopkeeper tell me to come on store. On arrival at store he told that Cashify has denied to purchase Samsung phones.
Another example of how Cashify looked like a fraud and waste of time for me. Online Cashify is showing store at Pacific Mall, Subhash Nagar but on arrival at Pacific Mall, I came to know that there is no currently working store.
I would not recommend anyone to use Cashify.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in the beginning i wasn't comfortable to sell my device due to my personal data in device but finally i got satisfied bcoz the guys at fonology are genuine specially the boy named Sandeep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of the shop owner and fake reviews of this shop. Shop keeper doesn't even know how to assess your phone (always misinterpreting brand and model number). When he felt that the phone is in good condition and he has to pay a good amount he will lie and won't take your device (he wanted to pay 15$ less than what was initially assessed). Sometimes he will say ur bill is fake or ur screen is replaced. On challenging his allegations he will become rude and start misbehaving. Such incompetent people shouldn't be running the shops of such a company. You guys can judge the level of incompetence by looking at the reply of my issue.

Nearest metro station is Tilak nagar you can come any day without appointment. You can also exchange your phone upgrade.
