★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to jaipur before two years for my studies . I have tried many tiffin centre. But food buckets was the great experience for me. The food buckets qualities are awesome, feels like home.
Food was a balance diet.
Food Buckets's owner is a nice man.

Very terrible customer service. Unprofessional customer service. They will be fake when you order for the first time. They want to take your money in advance or if you dont pay they will threaten you over the phone and say that we are very well connected so you cant do anything against us. They will give you haressment and keep on calling you even if you are at your work they will keep you threatening to pay in advance.
Be aware!!!! If you want to get threaten calls 5 times a day for advance money then order the food. They will force you to post good review everywhere.
The good reviews here are posted by their own people so dont fall into their fake traps

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very surprised that the food quality and taste was awesome.The quantity was just right for two of us. The menu is also different everyday covering all green veg n sprouts too.the rate they charge for this is nominal on the whole great food at reasonable prices delivered at our doorstep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional and customer focused. They called me after delivering first meal to ask the quality and I asked the same guy to keep delivering meal for another 2 continuous day. They again called me in evening and I was busy on another call. I call them back after 2 mins and 48 sec and they told me our delivery boy is left so we will not be able to deliver meal today. Not ready to understand the problem at all. May be they are providing good food but good service is also required. When I complain them, they told me to discuss it with the same person who called you in the morning. That's attitude of the company customer support. Hope they will improve their services.

I had moved to Jaipur. I was looking to order food as daily tiffin service. I found about food bucket. I saw the some pretty good reviews.
When I ordered food they were polite but when I said I want on regular basis they started to pressurize me to pay in advance and they will give you multiple calls even around late hours to ask for advance payment. They are very unprofessional for providing customer service.
THE GOOD REVIEW ARE POSTED BY THEIR OWN PEOPLE.
They will keep on calling on you multiple times for advance and make you trouble in your job hours. They will tell you very openly PAY IN ADVANCE FOR 1 MONTH OR WE WILL NOT SEND YOU ORDER. Please don’t get yourself into trouble.
If there was negative rating I would choose negative 10 for food bucket.
