★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The standard of this Food Plaza has gone done. I feel the franchise have changed. The quality of food very bad. Timing should be from morning 5:30 am to night 11:30 pm.
So many of us depending on this hotel plan our journey and food..
Railways please change the franchise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exorbitant price for small portion of food. 135 for a plate of hakka noodles whose quantity is same as one 10 rupees Maggi packet and the quantity of chicken is so less. The veg Biriyani is simply boiled vegetables in rice and it was completely bland. For 105 rupees it was really depressing. The person on the counter keeps telling everyone to order chicken or veg Biriyani. The person who was at the delivery counter, managing the orders was extremely rude to the employees and he was yelling at all the employees.
Better go outside the station and you will get much better food at half the cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I ever had visited in my life. They are not concern about the customer. They totally money minded and knew how to extract money from customer only. Services are very worst even complaint several times reminded. Don't go for this hotel. During my last very bad experience with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like any other, IRCTC food plaza at railway station. It is costly and food quantity is campaeitively less. I got hair in my food so i asked for replacement. They also have pastries, patties, puffs, sandwich etc. They have veg / non veg thali, biryani, chapati bhaji etc. They also say they have food for kids but I did not try that. Food is ok. You can get there from outside of railway station or from platform number 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a well known place in Bhubaneswar. I went here after I was suggested this place by a friend. I expected good food because this place is in the 'knowledge hub' area of Bhubaneswar. It is near KIIT, so a lot of customers at this place are just students. I did not try out each and every shop in the food court, but I can tell about the ones I did try. There's a coffee shop next to the ice cream shop from where I grabbed a lassi and one shake. Both were good and you can see that from the pictures in my review.
There was another shop which had chaat and pani puri. Both of them were mediocre. When I say pani puri shop, there was another shop purely dedicated to pani puri but I couldn't try that since it was closed. I had pani puri at the place where the chaat was being sold. Nevertheless, everything in that shop was trashy. Totally not worth the money you need to pay expect that quality of food.
1-2 shops next to the chaat shop was another shop called awestruck grills. The photo attached in my review shows the chicken I bought. Looks good, right? Well think again. It is raw chicken. That day the shop was totally empty and they still couldn't prepare the food nicely.
This place is for people looking to eat budget stuff. Nothing too fancy. But even when you go in expecting budget stuff, some stuff are totally not worth it. I am never visiting The Plaza's food court ever again.
