Even Even the owner were very helpful
Unhone hamare liye auto bhee book kiya coz we had no clue which metro to catch for aerocity
No one can find this kind of hospitality in 5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. We were served dirty plates and spoons 2. We ordered dal, dal was not hot and tasted old and bad, later in the night had stomach pain because of it 3. Very average service and poorly trained staff 4. Could see granules of undissolved artificial green colour in mint Chutney. 5. Poor untidy ambience and no payment options except cash

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afghani Chicken, Tawa Chicken & Butter Chicken are must try items. Much more cosy and laid pack place than nearby legendary Kake Da Hotel which has somewhat lost its charm overtime but it is still impossible to not wait for atleast an hour for the table there on the weekends.
Tip: Skip Kake Da hotel and dine in at food factory to save time and prepare to be surprised by their courteous staff and delicious non vegetarian menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frankly we were to eat food at kake da hotel but since it was full and more than a dozen people waiting, we thought it best to locate another dhaba style joint.
And just a few steps ahead was the food factory. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and a lady who I guess also cooks the food.
I guess this is a better option than kake da hotel and lives up to dhaba style food. Very happy with the taste and quality of meat and paneer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the first sight the people seem very welcoming at the restaurant. However, the service is slow and once you're done, the attitude is really bad.
Food is also so-so.
Nothing great about the food either.
While the restaurant seemed to have some issue with paytm payment, but nudging somebody at 11 PM to get details is absolutely very wrong.
Overall, the there's nothing like customer satisfaction or happiness.
