being in malwani i never ordered food in malwani but after eating in FOOD INN i frequently order food from here and even go there with family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most pathetic service ever seen, i orderd a chicken fried rice a Manchurian soip, butter chicken and chicken pulao the order taker wrote an order of chicken kolhapuri instead of chicken pulao when i took the parcel and came home and sat for my dinner with my family that's when i see i have gravy to eat instead of the rice i orderd and when called them to do the needful the person told me i should have repeated my order twice not that the order taker should have confirmed the order once. And they asked me to come back all the way down to replace the order which i denied Because it's around 6kms frm my house and they agreed to deliver the pulao and when i got it the pulao was smelling bad as it was a pulao that was already passed out and they just heated it up and sent it to me i myself am a person working in the hotel industry i easily come to know of the food is fresh or rotten. And this not the first time something like this has happened before this the same way i orderd food and as dessert i ordered caramel custard which they did not even give me. They are a bunch of careless people. Never ever gonna dine in or take a takeaway from this place never ever

Veg Spring Rolls weren't upto the mark.
Chicken Angara Kebabs ordered were Good at taste and Reasonable at quantity.
Tandoori roti was average, chapati is Outsourced Locally and charged at restaurant rates
May be prices seemed expensive for most of the items since We were in the AC section in the Storey above and opposite to Dastarkhwan section.
