★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been ordering from foodzu quite a while. But 1st time i had faced the issue. Simple gorsery items were delievered after 2 and half weeks. I don't know what exactly was the problem but hope it to never happen again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ while ordering items it does not show the tentative date of delivery, they send items by Indian post. While checking the status on Indian post office website, it shows as invalid consignment ID. They should use some different fast couriers if they want to deliver outside Bangalore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to give 0stars. Sadly that isn’t an option. I ordered on the 14th of may. It is the 23rd today. I could have walked to every grocery store in Bangalore and picked these products instead of paying foodzu who is neither delivering the product or refunding my money. I ignored previous bad reviews BUT PLEASE do not order with this service. I think it is a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been ordering Ayurvedic products through Foodzu and find their service extremely efficient and prompt. Products are despatched quickly and within two days received at our end. Online payment is quite easy and hassle free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered items and paid for it but after that no response and items not sent. Telephone is never reachable on purpose. Mail reply also no response. Looks like a cyber crime syndicate. Please be vary of the site and don't make payment for anything because it seems a fraud online marketing gang behind the racket so everyone please BEWARE. Probably the store doesn't exist at all but a front for cheating the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service. I have seen delays on multiple orders now and no response after money is paid. You can't compare this even with the delivery provided by local stores so no chance of comparison with Bigbasket and other good brand names. I paid and placed the order on 24th Feb. Today is March 6 still not delivered. Called up yesterday and I was confirmed it will be delivered today. The customer care number does not work many times. emails never answered. Dont waste your money and time on them. They are fraud !

Only after threatening with legal action, the refund was processed. No pro-activity from the customer service side. Stock outs and technical issues were named as reasons but neither of the two were communicated without me taking action first.
Single Star Rating - Initial Rating
Fraudulent behaviour and insufficient customer service.
Several weeks back, I have placed an order for a product which was out of stock (which was only communicated after I had asked why the order is not being processed).
After my request for an update about my order was ignored, I cancelled the order and requested a refund of my money. The cancellation was confirmed but no refund was made.
A few days later, I requested to process the refund and till date this message has been ignored.
This leaves me with having lost my money to this organized fraud organization.
This is my warning not to "buy" anything from this website. Legal steps are about to be taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Elite Plum surprise cake from Foodzu specially because there was no availability of the cake in Mumbai this season.
I must say I'm highly satisfied in the manner the cake was delivered, and the promptness of Foodzu in calling and ensuring that I received my order in good condition and on time. They also promptly answered my calls and were very polite.
I received the cake within three days, and it was really well packaged, not forgetting to mention, the cake was fantastic.
I highly recommend Foodzu to all future customers looking at it.
So here is a deserving 5 star review.
