★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My children did just one month ( where 8 wknds+ 8d were off) of classes, and centre owner feels entitled to use their photos on social media. I had to request Facebook to take down the photos because Footprints "support" also think this centre is entitled our children's photos.
I don't know if next someone will have to go to cybercrime because they are so entitled.
1) video monitoring- Anyone looking for monitoring their children, at this centre, the VIDEO IS DOWN half the time that the centre IS open.
2) Every month, half the month is off. Half the month the centre is closed for frivolous reasons
Please wait ten days before making monthly payments because this centre closes for two weeks about the 10th of every month.
3) Talking pen- The material is not given to the child. If you request the material on one of the days when centre is "suddenly" closed with one day notice, you find that it's not yours
There is zero professionalism.
4) Pause fees- They will insist that your child should go on pause because the teachers are at risk of covid from the THREE children who attend the school. No explanation is offered, except "my cousin told me to"
After that, NO ONLINE CLASSES are arranged. BASICALLY, you are charged one third of the monthly fee FOR NOTHING when on pause.
There is no explanation for ANY of the "sudden" closures. If you ask for an explanation for any abrupt situation, or request documents, the "owners" will SWITCH their PHONE OFF like dishonest renters or people whose given cheque is going to bounce
What is more, no one is even apologetic about the fraudulent behavior. This kind of UNRELIABILITY is to be accepted at your end.
Oh and most of these 5 star reviewers are fake, they had exactly 3 children in the month my child was there. Two of them related to the teacher/s
Suddenly "reviewers" have turned up out of nowhere!!!
The worst part is that they post your children's photos to their Instagram and facebook WITHOUT any authorisation from you. Even after repeated requests to take down the photos they will not remove the photos from their account.
