β β β β β These people are robbers, please dont trust them since they are nowhere registered with Eureka Forbes nor their AMC is valid with Eureka Forbes as a company. They will charge less amount for AMC however they use 3rd party parts and absolutely no service. There are bunch of jokers sitting when you call the toll free number who dont know how to treat their customer's including the front line manager who abuses in Kannada. Be careful.. Company is also registered as ION Exchange.

β β β β β The consultants insisted on providing service to the water filter and changed the filter candles post which the water tastes absolutely bad. When I reach out, the consultants keep claiming that the engineer is on the way but no one turns up.This happens every day as I try to reach out. It's a frustrating experience

Claimed to be from AO Smith, then after coming home for service, claimed to be authorized service provider for AO Smith when I saw the badge said Forbes Technovative. Charged double the amount for pre-filter and tried to palm off fake Bluestar cartridges instead of the original AO Smith cartridges for silver nitrate filter and sediment filter

β β β β β This is a fraud company. We believed they are from eureka Forbes and have come for RO maintenance n got out water purifier serviced. They changed the filters too and our purifier stopped working immediately after. Been trying to call them and though they kept saying they would send somebody to fix the issue nobody turned up. Only after calling eureka Forbes directly did we get to know itβs a fraud company. Please be careful and never ever accept any service from them.

β β β β β SPAM! PLEASE BEWARE! They made us believe they are coming from AO Smith and made us buy an AMC. Then when we called AO Smith customer care, we got to know that this is a fake company. They are doing robbery in broad daylight. I shall be filing a FIR against them so that police can take the legal course of action.

Claimed to be from AO Smith, then after coming home for service, claimed to be authorized service provider for AO Smith when I saw the badge said Forbes Technovative. Charged double the amount for pre-filter and tried to palm off fake Bluestar cartridges instead of the original AO Smith cartridges for silver nitrate filter and sediment filter at an outrageous 3 times the actual price. Thankfully, I checked the bill from my previous service and realized before it was too late. Even then, the service technician and his manager on the phone were both pretending that they were right. The OEMs such as AO Smith should pursue legal action against such scammers as it is their reputation that is being damaged.
