★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a clay brick machine in February and is still not in working condition. Very poor support from the company. They don't answer our calls after the purchase. We requested to send an engineer to get the machine fixed but they did not send anyone. We even told them that we would pay for the engineer's visit and his stay at our place until he fixes the machine.
Very poor service i would give a zero rating.
