★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Dr. Tanvi Raj is incredible. Not only she had taken care of my mother's health, but also she is lovely to speak at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.
My mother was suffering from irregular heavy bleeding , thick ET , fibroids and extreme weakness with dibeates from last 3 months. We consulted 3 local doctor, but they refused to operate. Then we came to consult Dr. Tanvi Raj. She is best doctor I' ve ever meet. She ensured me that my mother have a smooth prep, hysterectomy surgery and follow up. My mother is absolutely fine now. I'm so glad to choose her and would highly recommend to anyone looking for best gynecologist !!!
2. Good nursing staff, food and also technologycally advanced hospital.
3. Poor coordination from corporate manager (not quickly respond to email/query of TPA) and highly disappointed from management side. I got approval of semi private room but my patient was shifted in general ward from ICU without my knowledge. I suffered alot to find her. The girl from reception desk told me that she is shifted with permission of any attendant only but I was only attendant present during whole hospitalization, then she confirmed that my mother is in general ward. But the guard of general ward told me that no one came here from ICU today. After running 4,5times from 5th floor to ground floor(reception desk) and ground floor to 5th floor I was able to found and shift my Mom. It's totally unexpected from such a reputed hospital.

This is a worst hospital in bihar..
If anyone have emergency patient then please never take a desicion to go here.
Otherwise you have to spent lakhs of money and lastly your patient will die.
Also even if the patient don't have any chance to survive but they will manage you to keep patient in the hospital as much they can and you have to spent lakhs of money(it may go more than 30 lakhs) for ventilator, unnecessary medicines , icu rent etc..
...Jo yaha gaya hai, Lout ke bapas nai aaya hai...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has worst management I have ever experienced , worst than government hospital. Specially the staff members have no sense of talking. To claim insurance... Insurance people send you to reception and reception people send you to enquiry.... Ye hai inka management. Better go to government hospital like AIIMS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disappointed by the service provided by hospital. I am giving 2 stars which is still a pass marks for the hospital. Here are the following suggestions I have for the Hospital and in particular to Dr B B Bharti.
* While admission provide the details to be carried out with timeline. I was told that ECG/angiocardiogram will be carried out in an hr and that hr never came and in the late evening I was told that the patient WBC is high so it will be not carried out today.
* Please provide a cell where patients can ask questions.
* Dashboard where Drs availability and timing are displayed for today and the next 7 days.
* Please explain why you write the medicine you wrote. This is for Dr Bharti. I went for a follow up and all he did was turned the page and re-wrote 5 medicines which was already written and then added a couple of more medicines. Please speak up Sir !!
* Please improve your handwritings otherwise keep someone who can write it for you. Please take lessons from your kids.
* The way Hospital acts is "New patients means money. Follow up means not much money" and so please give importance to the follow up patients.
* Please pay your staff appropriately. It appears you pay them penny, Please do not expect better work if you keep all for yourself.
* The dietician called us for the review after 10 days and then when we showed up, she said to get the blood report. She explained very well why she needed the report to adjust the diet. I really appreciate the way she explained. Only thing I wish she had said the same thing on the 1st day. I requested her that we should get the diet adjustment over phone which she declined. Why ? I still do not understand why you want your hospital to be crowded. What is the purpose of calling patients to the hospitals if it can be done over phone or email. When we went to the hospital after getting the blood report that day she was unavailable. Total waste of time and money.
I was told this is one among the top few hospitals in patna and so was very much disappointed.
