★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, professional, accommodating – a well run practice. Extremely helpful at all times, very patient. Very helpful and friendly though sometimes have to let people down on expectations. Compared to other surgeries, ours is brilliant and always has been. Well behaved staff. I am very much satisfied with my treatment and find that the attention and wariness provided by everyone is of a high standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This year this hospital is not performing well, there are lots of complaint regarding death of patients and service related issue.
When you perform good in critical situation then only you will be appreciated and people will believe you.
Management has to take a serious call on this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would come back to this hospital with no hesitation. I am very much satisfied with my treatment and find that the attention and wariness provided by everyone is of a high standard.
Dr. Manish and the nurses made me feel safe and cared for. The food quality at the facility was much better than my experience at other hospitals. All the treatment costs were explained well in advance and there were no hidden surprises.
Great job to all staff from checking in, to the doctors, the nurses and checking out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Very bad hospital. They just simply took away the life of patient. The injection which is available in Rs. 1300/- outside they provide the same injection in Rs. 13000/-
Without monitoring the condition of patient they give antibiotics in heavy dose that results other organs failure.
When it comes to Covid patient they treat their attendant like labour, they just throw the medicine and ask the attendant to give it to patient.
I never recommend any one for this hospital.
Treatment is one thing, on other hand service is very poor, it's pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is worst ever hospital you can visit whose only intention is to pull money out of you for random reasons. My grandmother has been admitted for which they asked for medicine cumulatively worth 50K as of now and multiple test and everything is overpriced.
In two days we have spent around 90K totally. The issue that my grandmother is going is not severe when I consulted our family doctor.
We are moving out today .But please do not fall into this TRAP. I cannot suggest a better hospital since I do not have much exposure in this field but definitely NOT FORD unless you want to put your dear ones life at stake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father was admitted with Covid-19 at 88 SPO2 and 22/25 CT scan score. We had a negative outcome of the case after 15 days in ICU.
This is an L2 covid hospital with 15 covid beds and 6 ventilators and limited BIPAP machines. It has inhouse CT scan service and blood test reports. Deluxe rooms are decent but ICUs are understaffed.
The doctors were mostly helpful given the stress they are under. Special mention to Jigyashu, Ravi, Manish and Rambabu. The nurses and other medical staff however are now tired and in stress due to case load and are not able to do their best and need more helping hands. At one point a nurse had said frustratingly - "Jaane do, marta hai to" meaning "Let him die then" which is super disheartening and beyond belief.
I belive in Manish's leadership skills and hope he will hire additional skilled staff to fill the gaps.
I wish the best for staff here as they have their own families admitted and are working tirelessly. I pray to god to give strength to all doctors and nurses so that they can do their best and save every life that is in their hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience at pharmacy shop in hospital. Staffs are so rude. They don't have manners to talk with patients. Pathethic service from Pharmacy shop. I do not recommend to buy medicines from them.
