β β β β β I don't know why even after having a big name in auto Mobil industry you people can't handle sales or customer service. Why Ford people don't give any value to customer who is looking to buy a Ford car. For 3 days Ford Delhi and other Ford showrooms in Delhi they don't even offered a test even I personally visited. Another safderjang Ford always making false promises that will come than tomorrow. Finally I decided to go safderjang Ford on Sunday that said we don't have car available so come at 4 P.m.
Called harpret Ford they were talking on phone like sleeping with no proper response even they disconnected the call never called back.
Trust me its Ford has really pathetic customer response. Its really feel bad when you are interested in buying a car and showroom people least bothered to respond you.
Really disappointed and opting for Hyundai which has great sales response.

A person invests his savings in purchase a dream car but sometimes he/she has to face trouble by different ways and the same has happened to us on 29-November-2019 when we purchased Ford Ecosports from TAWI FORDS Jammu.
We booked a Ford Ecosports worth Rs. 10β60000 and took it delivery on 29-November-2019. When we reached the showroom for delivery, we were shocked to see that only one girl at reception was present there and no one from sales team were there. The sales executive with whom we were dealing was on leave and other Sales person with GM and CEO were out of office. When we checked, at reception she said they will reach in 2 hours and we have to wait. We asked the girl to take the car out of the showroom in sunlight, so that we can check it properly if everything is ok, But unfortunately she did not got it done. Later, when we checked the car in the showroom, we found black spots on it in many places, and when we asked for that, they said we will get it clean, they tried to do it but spots were so many that they left few there. When we started shouting, then they cleaned it again. This was first bad impression.
We did the paper work and left the showroom on good notes, As per our culture we took the car to Temple for performing puja, As Panditji was performing puja, he throws a few drops of Ganga Jal on the car, which is a part of puja, and suddenly we found fog appeared inside the both headlamps, We were shocked. From same place we call Sales Executive and informed him, He said it should not happed and if itβs there you can bring car to showroom tomorrow as we have left for the day and we will check it. From the temple we reached home and checked it again by applying some water on both headlamps and fog started again covering whole headlamps, we got it that itβs a Manufacturing defect.
The next day we took the car to showroom and they checked it and found fog is getting inside the headlamps which simply means water is getting inside the headlamp and there is some leakage in both sides. We informed them its a manufactured defect and How this car was passing through Quality check and PDI, We asked them to show us PDI report but they failed to do so.
When a car leaves the factory a Quality check (QC) is being done and before delivering the car to the customer, PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) is being done to make sure everything is working fine. But it seems they have failed in that. Or they were aware about this issue and still they delivered the car.
We asked them as this is a manufactured issue and we just came to know about this fault within 1km from showroom so you have to replace the car because we cannot take the faulty car, We informed them that if you would have made us to examine the car before delivery and we would have found this issue, we would have not taken the delivery.
Later they got it checked from their GM of service and technicians and they found that Headlamps is defective and need to be replaced, We strictly updated them that we will not replace the headlamps as itβs a manufacturing issue and we found it on the same day so simply please replace the car. But Tawi Ford CEO MR. Jaswal is so arrogant person to talk, that he feels that he is MD of Ford India.
Finally, they did not agree on replacing the car and we did not agree on replacing the headlamps, and later they asked us time till 02-December-2019 to get it resolved, but unfortunately on 02-December they repeated the same story again.
Now here questions arise.
1)1) How this car was passing through Quality check (QC) at the factory?
2)2) How this car PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection)?
3)3) Were they aware of this issue after QC and PDI and still they delivered the car?
4)4) When we updated them about this issue on the same day within 15 minutes why did not they recall is and deliver new car?
We request FORD INDIA to look into this matter and get it resolved, We are filling the case today with consumer form against the Dealer and Ford India.

β β β β β I purchased Ford eco sport( petrol version)in September 2020 .From day one there is some irritating sound from the right side of the car ,after multiple complaints there is no satisfactory response from the company.I didnβt except such a poor service from a reputed company like this ..I would not suggest anybody to purchase this car in petrol version. It is a manufacturing defect in this car .Had such a horrible experience.
If any management person is reading this review please take action as soon is possible.
