★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place in one of the best markets in Gurgaon. Reached easily through GPS. Liked the interiors and the selection. Staff is highly courteous and informative. They suggest the best product as per the skin type and the requirement. Packaging is quite great as they wrap the products in a scented sheet before adding them to the carry bag which eventually gives you a rich feel. One also gets samples with every purchase so that you can try their wide range of beauty products! It's a bliss to use their products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like the place.. The products are good too . They generally package the products along with some fragrance.. And you know it's FE as soon as someone opens the packet. Not sure how authentic organic/ Ayurvedic it is though.

But store manager Mr Bhardwaj is the most horrible person I have seen. even after mistake from his side he was trying every bit to humiliate the customer. and pointing out for our purchase points as if it's favor from his side.
Mr navneet has managed it in a better way and he has been very soft spoken.
Forest essentials must take a step against Mr Bhardwaj as he is damaging the brand name and value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is well maintained and staff is polite, cordial and proactive in showcasing products to customers. I recently purchased the Madhu Rasa "Anar Rasa" Lip serum and it's an "okay" product. The serum has the exact colour of the package and not how it is displayed online. It's pinkish-reddish is hue and leaves behind a translucent tint on lips. Good for every day use for online meetings where you need to perk up the face a bit. The product could be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though I am a repeat customer and we also buy a lot of corporate gifts , I am disgusted by the store manager ‘s impatient and rude behaviour. I waited patiently even though I was there before because they kept billing other customers . He lost his temper explaining the point system and the Diwali card to me . I won’t visit the freaking store again unless they send a written apology . He is spoiling the brand name . Navneet and others are much more polite then this high headed manager of the store .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our favourtie place to get gifts for people. The staff of this particular store are courteous and friendly. The best luxurious ayurveda collection.
They also have a few products for new born babies which I would definitely recommend. Also, men's aftershave and face wash are really good.
