This is too good
Thare are all treatment & have best doctor .
There is good facilities for parking area.
Good ARREGMENT for covid-19.
Good service by staff as well as reception and medical team
And good behaviour by doctors.
The food canteen also avible hare .
This is the best hospital of India ?.

1.JUST ASK FROM THE GUARD THERE ON
ENTRANCE FOR VACCINE THEY WILL
GUIDE YOU.
2. BUT IF YOU ARE LIKE ME WHO SEE
REVIEWS BEFORE ENTERING ANY PLACE .
a) They first tell you fill form of Fortis
hospital (if you have visited Fortis
before then not required).
b) Then Pay ₹386 by Card or UPI
They provide receipt .
c) Opposite side of the Desk Just Go and
take the Dose.
Process was smooth and easy no
rush .just few people's are there

proces

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good doctors but worst management. Took 4 hours to get an emergency patient admitted to an ICU.
Had to request twice for a wheelchair in emergency area.
Next day Room not allotted entire day despite doctor's recommendation in the morning itself.
In the evening, told to check the status with Bed Manager. Visited the bed desk at 6:45 PM but bed manager was nowhere despite duty timings till 7 PM. Entire area wore deserted area.
Doctor recommended tests not done entire day. ICU staff is clueless. No escalation/ grivience forum.
XX Would never recommend to anyone...XX

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive hospital. Staff is not good. Housekeeping shows attitude. During my treatment one of the nurse was saying we don't have enough medicine and bandage. After taking these much of money if you are doing like this then need to think in future before getting treatment.
Generally hospital pharmacy or medical is open 24*7 but here it's not. So in my case I face lots of trouble during the treatment.
Doctors are expert there but only doctor can't do anything. Doctor does the Surgery but after that hospital staff comes into picture and reality comes out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Emergency Doctors interested in gossip rather than checking patients, just writing investigations without asking history properly, none of the emergency doctors have stethoscope, not interested in checking or examining patients. Just busy writing tests after tests.
2) Worse thing !! There are mosquitoes in emergency section… if you are having a heart attack n planning to visit fortis, keep time to wear odomos else you may get dengue there !
3) No doctors in ICU ( HDU) only nurses are there who keep ignoring your questions. This is the first hospital i have seen where there are no doctors in ICU and even in doctors duty room no doctor. On calling the doctors keep asking to wait .
I had to take LAMA bevause if this is the situation at ICU i dunno if doctors ever visit the rooms in emergency.
4) I have attached photo below for this- they gave us wrong reports of 1 patient who had brain stroke and the nurse read out this report to my mother who is the patient, after which my mother went in deep shock and depression. Later the doctor clarified that by mistake they gave us wrong reports. Playing with peoples emotions!
5) If you go to this hospital on weekend in emergency, you’re dead !! They keep giving reasons of facilities and doctors unavailability due to “ sunday”. Being such a big hospital they should keep some doctors for Sunday, after all they are charging same room rent on Sunday isn’t it ???
6) our patient was admitted for low sodium. They did investigations worth 1 lakh rs for brain n hear ct n mri n doppler n holter etc but forgot to do kft and sodium test !!
After we reminded the nurse took sample which was taken incorrectly and got clotted . They did not even come to collect d repeat sample. On asking for reports they took d sample again which they forgot to send to lab till night.
Horrible mismanagement !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was gone there for a liver transplant case for one of my relative. The transplant was done successfully and now they are living normal life. All the doctors of the liver transplant team was very nice and off-course all the staff are very helpful. Thanks to all of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met with accident and admitted in Fortis hospital Nursing Care is very amazing and all staff are treated very nicely.
But some doctors are created fear which is not good.
Payment meter is also too high??
Anyway thanks to all team members which care me very carefully.... ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay okay hospital. Adminstration related problem is in many hospital. They treat patients sometimes better sometime not depending on their mood. Providing many facilities. Doctor and nurse staff also cooperative. Parking related issue is always.
