★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday went to Fossil store as i have purchased a smart watch from here, but some days back its charger was faulty, not working, so i went to store describe them the problem specifically to the attending person sunny who was very polite and understood everything and without asking any further questions, he just told us that u can leave your watch, we will rectify the issue and provide the best possible solution, after 2 hours i went back to the store then he attended me very well and also gave me a new cable for the charging as the charging wire was faulty.
Liked the customer handling from all the staff of the Fossil store specifically sunny

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a watch under 10k in the Mall. I realised my mistake as soon as I entered the Kapoor Watch ?. But thanks to the person there, he told me about Fossil store. And right from the moment I entered the store the sales person carefully paid heed to my requirements and very wonderfully showed me with the variety in that particular range. Apart from that I also got a grace period to exchange the product within a specified time period if not satisfied. The warranty was from the store as they had the service center located there. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

They did it for me without any charges and also got the watch cleaned. It was all complimentary. Thanks to fossil and team to make your customers feel premium and valued.

It is a shame that Fossil Stores are not having return policy at stores when all other brands are having this policy. Fossil themselves have return policy on e-store but not at retail stores??? E-store items can be returned at retail store but retail store items cannot be returned at retail stores.??? Illogical!!!
1st time I have bough from Fossil and pledge to not do it again.
