★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Visited Fossil R city store yesterday to give my watch for repair I would to share this feedback as I couldn’t stop myself after seeing a person who is so energetic and with quick response with all the requirements of the customers. This lady ( Miss Amrik) was so attending to multiple customers I got really impressed with the way she was on her toes. She was very helpful polite and the one thing which is very important she was attending multiple customers with smile on her face. I must say Fossil has a wonderful Employee like her. This was one of my best customer service experience. Good luck guys??

MR Hafiz is a very polite and requirement understanding Guy. As I was looking 90 smart watches to gift my staff. He help to select Best Smart. As it was to gift. I wanted to send Watches to different different locations and @ different time. Way he have managed the watch get it delivery in given time and keep me update of delivery without follow up. I am really impressed with the way he do his job.
