I wanted to buy a pair of binoculars and I tried with both Flipkart and Amazon but unfortunately received open seal box and used products both the times.
came to know about fotocentre via a google search and binoculars showed available that too with a BETTER deal.
pinged on the whatsapp number and expressed my worries regarding refund/replacement as the product is worth over 30k, but I was answered with assurance that I will be shown videos/photos of the package and only if I am satisfied I can go ahead with the purchase.
they kept their promise and I received my order exactly the way I wanted, 3 layered packaging, sealed box and faster delivery.

β β β β β I have been buying my equipments from these guys since 2012.I alwways used to get the best prices here and overall always had a good experince.This time around i had gone to sell my elinchrom 400 and nikon sb 910 lights.
I had a horrible experience.The assistant there basically tried to cheat my saying my lights are not in good condition and there is a problem with power delivery system.I caught him red handed and even retorted saying "Bhai, aap kya karne ko try sab samajh aa raha hain". Ketan bhai tried consoling me sayin tension mat lo ,sab sahi ho jaayega.Basically , a scheme where ketan bhai acts all innnocent and the assistant does the dirty work.Extremely disappointed and felt cheated.I dont know what has changed or was it always like this and i was naive.Never going there again and giving my money to them.

β β β β β I have ordered a Product on Date 3rd January 2022 of Rs 800 from FOTOCENTREINDIA (Order ID 25040) and it was dispatched on and Marked Delivered on 6th January 2022. But unfortunately it was never reached to me. When I asked for clarification then I came to know that Delivery person have mishandled the Packet.
1.Delivery is never received to me
2.They generated Fake POD at their delivery office (coordinates are as proof)
3.Seller have not any interested to resolve it.
4.I contacted to Shiprocket and Delhivery Portal but they asked me to take an initiative from Seller side.
5.Seller have given me a number and it was totally clueless for me as the Guys never reached to me and never bothered to pick the call.
6.Seller have marked Delivered at their website too.
7.I have recorded all the call conversations, screenshot as a Proof.
SO I am spreading awareness before buying at the FOTOCENTREINDIA as the Buying at their website it totally hit and miss.

I was hesitant to get this bag online as this is kinda costly for me.
I went through many websites and I kinda guessed Fotocentre as a legit website site and my guess didn't failed.
I received my Peak Design 30L V2 in a great packaging and the bag is stunning.I've always wanted to get my hands on that one.
I had a hassle free experience and they really provided me each and every detail through their whatsapp support. I high recommend you guys to get camera gears from them and also they sell at a low cost comparing to few other websites.
