★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have selected Fotokix guys with lots of offline & online research for my big day MY WEDDING at Deoghar.
Surely we all enjoyed the teams attitude & workmanship however experience was not up to the mark as picture & videos were fine but from total 5 events (Tikal, Haldi, Mehandi/sangeet , Wedding & Reception) they didn't gave our haldi & mehandi/sangeet video as the video file got corrupt.
Waited for raw picture for 1 months & video after more than 5 months of followup with a surprise that they have lost our Haldi & Mehandi/Sangeet video & they will reduce the total agreed amount post that we asked to share the corrupt card which we can get it check with some IT expect & try to recover the data which till date they have not given.
NO further words for any feedback I regret choosing them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bunch of unprofessional morons...even after 1 year they didn't delivered the album and they are very fluent in lying after getting payment. You will get multiple better options in deoghar but plz don't go for fotokix. Photographers are also beginners and doesnt know even basic photography.

Rahul kumar roy was amazing and his partner photographer was good as well! I was very well pleased with the photographers and the company. I would definitley recommend FOTOKIX to a relative or friend.??
