Today in the morning my grandfather went to the pharmacy they took the prescription and gave him the medicines but didn't return the prescription. Now I went to the pharmacy they just lost the prescription how careless and irresponsible they are ,he is 70+ now he had to run to the pharmacy to get the prescription.
