★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to this shop multiple times since they started and liked as well. Unfortunately, if you order from then they pick all the rotten ones and deliver. In times like this the least we can expect from people is to be honest, how would I order again from you or ask people to!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks organized, well maintained, but fact is on service and delivery.. Fraud Staff, That too during billing when we are purchasing more number of items, they will sink out the products.. We keep a faith that they are putting everything in our bag.. but we will realise that items billed and paid are missing only after checking in home.
So if you go back and ask, then they will say we have given it, nothing left here....
Customer service and response from staff is more than Negative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have ordered fruits and vegetables from Quikly app. Order No. # 458 dated 6 Sep. The delivery person Basha who came did not bring the bill copy from the shop. This order was edited from the shop (Reduced some of the items).
We paid the delivery person as per our original order value. We later on realised that some items were less and rechecked the amount in the app. We have made excess payment to the delivery person. We called the shop and also spoke to the delivery person, but he is not admitting to taking excess money against this order.
Owners of Fresh Depot, please take a note of this. If your delivery persons are not having basic ethics, then your customers trust is lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased two coconuts yesterday. One is rotten. When i want to exchange the coconut showing the bill, the sales person in fresh depot refused to exchange where other shops in the area exchange rotten coconuts. Do not buy the coconuts from fresh depot hereafterwards. The sales person is very rude and not customer friendly.
