★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Very rude staff. We had a terrible experience today:
1. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. First she told us that the red bags are only to be used for Potatoes/Onions/Tomatoes. Which is ridiculous because there are so many other vegetables that are small in size and it’s very difficult to carry them. Then at the time of check out she kept on asking if there was any more vegetables. We told her everything is in front of her. Very rudely she replied I am not going to sort thru the vegetables for you. It’s ridiculous because either you provide customers with some bags or have the courtesy to sort thru and bill what we are buying.
2) She let two people cut in line in front of us as they had fewer items. Again that’s unacceptable. It should be first come first serve and the customers who are buying more items (our bill typically is INR 1,000) should not be penalized.
3) They has old bread and eggs. Bread was expiring today and eggs in the next week or so.
4). The quality of vegetables and fruits is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great and other times it’s terrible.
We enjoyed going there as it’s a convenient place to purchase all vegetables and fruits but with the terrible customer service don’t think we will be going there again.

Shopping here is also easy as staff is ready to help you sort vegetables
But do carry change or have money in paytm..
Loose money can be an issue here as they even collect 1 or 2 Rs so be prepared

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You might find some vegetables & fruits in bad condition and have to devote more time to select good ones. Space is very less to move around, only two counts are available for billing and their system gets down also and calculate amount manually which takes more time. Staff is not very friendly or helpful, you have to sort out most of the things by on your own, don't expect much from this store and from the staff too. Need a lot of improvement especially in terms of space availability to move around, good quality Vegetables & fruits and staff needs good training to learn how to run these kind of stores and how to handle customers politely and how to help them alongwith their other responsibilities.
