★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its strange a customer walks in around 7:20 pm to get certain hair and beauty work done and after making you sit for around 5-8 min the receptionist walks upto you to say the hair work cant be done as we close by 8:00 PM. Am sure if you have a customer walking in and 40 mins before your closing time, you can take a pain of sitiing for another 15-20 mins more beyond your closing time to get your sales in and to keep your customer happy specially being in service industry. I m a regular customer of Looks and Affinity salon but this is the 1st time rather 2nd time same place that I had to hear a No for the services. Its understood timings are 10 to 8pm, spending another 20 mins Indont think there is any harm. Its all about service which a customer looks at but I believe Looks charmwwod is more focus on their personal interest of rushing back home. In such response, they must be asking customers to leave by 8:00 PM sharp irrespect of any work going on. Sad, never had ever faced this problem anywhere. I have been to other branches and have sat till about 8:30 PM, best part I live right opposite to them but being working lady have constraint of timings. Anyway they dont deserve regular customers like me...thanks
