★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought some fish ( 1 kg of Makaral) from this shop on 10/6/2020, but when i took it home we noticed the fish had a vied color to it and was fluffy. I then called the owner (Rajesh) to complain and he quickly replayed by saying yes, he accepts the fact that the fish was old and it was kept for the customer to decide pick it up at his choice (really fishy). He was ready to exchange. My question is why was it kept for display in the first place, was he expecting the faulty ones to go through without a problem (no care for human health). If you are not good at sorting fish, please don't go to this shop as they will not guide you any way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 1 kg fish and when i came home and open it is a spoiled one...i wonder, definitely when they cut the fish itself they ll know the quality is spoiled and why the hell they are still giving it to the customers after they know its spoiled. this is cheating i should say. i was totally disappointed and thrown it in the dust bin and 500 rs is wasted.when you are in a food industry, you should be with utmost care and show some ethics when serving your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Placed an order for fish in the morning at Kadugodi branch. No one called or came after 2 hours. Also tried calling them but nobody responded and one person received it and then after sometime cut the call without giving any update. That was unprofessional. At least an update was expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop was great once upon a time, but now a days what they deliver they also don't know, sometimes they deliver chicken breast pieces instead of ordering leg pieces, sometimes some other fish instead of the one we ordered, also the ridiculous thing is they delivered one fish with two tales and two heads (katla fish)
Disgusting service and they don't listen properly what we ask them on phone for home delivery also,
Pathetic services they are providing each and every time.

Friday night you will get more variations of fish which are fresh.
You can find bengali masala, khoi, batasa etc.
Pabda, Hilsa, Rohu, Katla, Prawn,, Crabs, chicken etc.
They use Saw blade for cutting chichen which is very modern. Love it. Price will be little bit higher side.
You will get all type bengali masala here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy FISH from here. They use to sell the spoiled fish which will be kept in deep freezer.
So, it will not smell at that time but after few minutes it smells very bad which no one can eat it.
I have purchased it for 700/- and all the money as well as efforts are wasted. So, I can only suggest not to go for fish.
Buy at your own risk.
