★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in the girls pg fresher house and let me say this thing very clearly dont ever come to this pg. Owner is very rude and extremely money minded . He just totally ignores you when you want your money back and he ll never give you the total amount back . Highly overpriced and negative environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was asked to leave in middle of the month though I had clearly stated them that I will be staying for only one month .. I also had paid extra money to get the room for only one month. I was supposed to take the decision to continue or not, after completing one month. The owner was very rude and also told me he could forcefully get me out . Will talk to u politely only until u get into the rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an awesome experience.. Good quality food available. Separate dining room and study room with the comfort of library.. Peaceful and homely atmosphere.. Dj and partying is free and organised by the administrator only. 24*7 security and doctor on call facility.. Coupons for various places - like, cafes, restros, etc.
Discount for basic amenities - like, saloon, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well it's been about a year now since I have been living here. And I am leaving this pg for good next week so here is my complete experience and honest review.
The room was ok after a while I got used to the size and everything so not a big deal for me.
Pros-

Price is too high 2/10
Quality of service is not at all good 4/10
No attention is paid to the boys pg, not at all. 2/10
Problems in the room never get fixed 5/10

Sai dham pg (boys) because thats the only pg where I have lived , is the worst for the price you pay. The inconsitency in food starts from 2nd month, when they start to not change the menu or repeat items the next day, some of the vegetables look so bad you can forget your appetite right there and then, by the last month they stop making fresh food in the kitchen instead bring food from their other pg to ours, even maggi or dosa is made in other pg , I guess to save labour cost because the kitchen is still open.
Quality of food gets worse everyday and most of the time food is not served on time.
They start construction work in the middle of the session that goes on for a month disturbing everyone.
I can almost guarantee that I have never seen the owner once in the pg for last 6-7 months , if you want to meet them go back to the girls pg office.
No attention is paid to the students living here or to the pg itself, I requested a change in remote of my Ac about 8 months ago , since then everyday they say it will be changed but till now it's still here.
The electricity charges are absurd , 1000/month is already included in each months rent, when in winters you will barely use anything yet you will still pay 1000 rupee per month , I payed 11000 till now , and I found out my total consumption was about 6000 , do the math.
At the end of this session they have decided to increase prices of rooms 18000/seat in double or single (minimum) . Most of the students have left because of that.
Also they charge a registration fee of 4000 , which I have never even heard of , no other pg charges that amount.
You will find the pg dirty most of the time, because no one cleans daily, sometimes my room is not cleaned in 4-5 days. Their staff is multi tasking , sometimes the cook is cleaning the room. That was new for me too.
If you visit girls pg you will see the difference with in a second.
