β β β β β I had availed the painting service from FreshHomez. The communication was clear from initial inquiry till the job completion. Their staff was professional and courteous. They took great care in protecting the fans, AC, switch boards and other such items in the room, which may get damaged. Also, they took cleaning after seriously and the painted room got restored to normal very quickly. Overall it was pleasant interior painting experience and would certainly recommend FreshHomez to others.

β β β β β I got a false ceiling made from them. Their pricing was good. Their overal system is efficient for tracking & making payments. But the contractor assigned was unskilled and very weak in communication. The workers made multiple errors and wasted my time and energy to explain how the basic design of the false ceiling should be which resulted in rework. I had a very basic non complicated design. In addition, the day I did my last payment, the workers & completely stopped taking my phone for some issues i had regarding the work. The freshhomez whatsapp no that was so eager to get my booking started ignoring my messages. After sales support was zero.
Better to go with a person who has a good referral from someone you know, rather than randoms on their system who im afraid are not rated or evaluated correctly. They might have good workers, but I got a dud.
