★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a third class service even they are not able to get one star also, every month I am facing issue with cylinder refile but they will not provide delivery, every time his delivery ask extra money for delivery. I will not suggest to any one get connection with them. All members of friendly gas did not support, even his owner also not responding call .

Frustated, Calling them since last two weeks but every time same response they'll come today. Every time I am calling I have to tell them the whole story again and again. NO VALUE FOR CUSTOMERS, STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDS.

New connection is easy but after that nightmare start no one talks they do not pick up phone and always make fake promise that it is coming but never come. After some time they will block your number. My advice avoid them.
worst service today after very long wait refill came and suddenly price increased to Rs 1000 and after confirming with office i agreed to pay no other option delivery person asked rs 200 extra when i said why are you asking extra money he said give me money or I am taking refill back tone was very rude. Now i am cancelling connection my advice do not take connection from them

I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible Terrible service. The cost of refil is nevr consistent. Delivery needs so many calls and followups. Would never recommend to anyone. Surrendering is also very uncovinient, depost ammont is not repayed. Silly irrelevant excuses of fuel prices, inflation, market down, etc provided.
Very exhausting to deal with this agency.
