No matter what you order, they will take 100% payment and delivered whatever you are able to make.. no check of given specification..nothing..
After payment, they don't care what was your order.. what specification you gave. I order an mirror for wall panelling, I specified glass edges beveling should be around .5 inch and they assure that. in delivered product, it was more than 1.5 inch .. which ruined whole design...

Poor workmanship, no quality in delivered product. I placed an order of mirror panelling on wall, they took 100% advance as give assurance that if there is any problem in mirror pices or fitting they will be responsible.
In delivered order, 3 mirror pieces were damaged, they denied replacement. by saying it is mirror.. it always happened with mirror. Rude behaviour. Installation also was poor, didn't maintain level of pieces.
Bottom Line, never shop from here....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop gave me the worst customer experience I've ever had. The owners (a lady and a man who sit at the counter) lack the basic decency to converse with customers. I had given my name plate to be repainted at this shop. The paint started peeling off just three days after I picked it up from them. When I returned it to them, they began to speak rudely, claiming that I must have done something to cause the paint to come off. They consented to have it repaired only after the worker verified and confirmed that the fault was with the paint. They agreed to complete the work within a week, but when I checked after ten days, they had not even begun. Finally, tired of their unprofessional attitude, I was forced to take the name plate back from them without having it repaired. The shopkeepers are bullies who take the full money from you in advance, do a shoddy work, and then speak to you in the most impolite manner possible in order to prevent you from complaining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience with these people. Ordered sliding glass panels for wardrobes. They promised it to be delivered and installed within a week but they took a month!! Even after a whole month, the panel delivered was not what I had ordered. I ordered a black lacquered glass and they delivered a black mirror which is much much cheaper. On top of it, they argued with me that it indeed is lacquered glass and not a mirror, thinking of their customers to be fools. I had also ordered soft close hardware for these panels but the panels don't even close!! It's been another month since the installation, constant calling and even visiting their store has yielded no results. My wardrobes are useless as they don't even close!! NEVER EVER GET ANY WORK DONE FROM THESE PEOPLE

I reached out to the owner for my requirements and the response was v quick even though they were busy with prev. orders. The owner send the skillful worker who took the measurements and committed a date and glad to share that they delivered on the agreed date. Super professional & committed.Price was also v reasonable.
