I must appreciate the way Fixsmartly engineer showed up at my place, and fixed the issue in a jiffy. Since then it has been almost 3 months and it has not shown even slight of slowdown. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are exceptionally well and really very much helpful and humble as well. Being computer engineers they not only possess sound technical knowledge but also provide a logical solution to problems.
In my case, I was working on my office project late at night and accidentally I spilled tea all over my laptop and within no time it stopped working. I was really in trouble as on the next day I need to present the project and all the nearby computer repair shopes were closed due to corona curfew in Jaipur. Fortunately, I got the details of this startup on Google with good reviews, where they are providing home computer repair services.
I dropped the request at the night itself and to my surprise, they responded in the early morning. After the telephonic discussion about the problem and its urgency, they immediately sent an engineer. I was quite impressed with their professionalism and their realization of the exigency of the situation. The engineer named Arbaz came and opened the laptop, as expected the liquid damaged the machine, and caused a short-circuit in my keyboard and touchpad, however, the guy managed to bring the machine in working condition within 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, all the guys are very humble and cooperative.
Big thanks to the Arabaj and team. Kudos guys, keep it up! we really need young people like you to make it happen.

I had given my lapy to repair and they had handed it over to me within 4-5 hrs with sufficient service done. Now my laptop is working completely fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are SMART Enough to take away the money from you. They have good technical skills but are 100 TIMES BETTER At Taking Advantage Of Their Customers. They expertise in doing the Repair Work Which Is Not Required And That To By Charging You At Least Double The Fair Amount. And when you question them about this tactics they will NOT RESPOND AT ALL. I recently took their service to repair the fan of my laptop as it was making noise. They told me that the fan is totally damaged and has to be changed. I agreed and paid them INR 2000/- for it. BUT AFTER TWO DAYS OF THIS I CAME TO KNOW THAT FIRST OF ALL THE FAN WAS NOT DAMAGED AND THERE WAS NO NEED OF REPLACING IT; SECONDLY, A NEW FAN OF THE SAME COMPANY (ADDA) ALONG WITH THE LABOUR CHARGE WILL NOT COST MORE THAN INR 1000/. WHEN THIS WAS TOLD TO MR ASIF AND MR GAUTUM THEY BOTH STOPPED TAKING MY CALLS. THIS CLEARLY SHOWS HOW ETHICAL THESE PEOPLE ARE. Before this incident happened I took their service to install SSD and 8 GB RAM in my laptop and for this they charged me INR 5800/ which again at least INR 1000/ more. These people are highly unprofessional and always look for an opportunity to take advantage of innocent customers.
