No BESCOM connection, so you have to pay hefty power bills,
Car parking is pretty tight
Builder is very rude and if you question him he will roar at you
No Kaveri connection
No STP
approach roads are just 20 feet - all of them
Corridors are just 3 feet wide
Pretty tight lifts and you cannot carry any luggage in them
Stay away if you want to be peaceful
Except location advantage, there is noting good here
