★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent services! I contacted Friends over the phone and booked a cab for 3 days of our stay in Dharamshala and McLeodgunj. The process of booking was easy and efficient. Kuldeep, the driver assigned to us, is a very nice man and a very skilled driver. He was always there 15 minutes before the reporting time and knew which roads to take to avoid the inevitable traffic jams on narrow hill roads. Driving on those is not easy, but his intimate knowledge of roads, skilful driving and unceasing focus on safety saved us time and allowed us more time to explore places at our own leisure. There were absolutely no hassles regarding payments. I’ll use Friends every time I visit HP. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional they will make you roam the entire Himachal without air conditioning and tell you the reasons like “vehicle will catch fire” they will even not on their air conditioning while it’s plain land!! they try to save their petrol !! Also the designated driver didn’t come two days out of the seven days tour ! When you go miles away to see some place and pay them handsome amount you atleast expect the driver to come all the days without fail !!
Rest the driver drove nicely and slowly that was the only good thing!!
They will charge a lot but will not even give basic facility like air conditioning!!

Started our tour from Dharamshala, Mcleodganj, Dalhousie, Khajjiar, Bir billing, Kullu Manali, Shimla and dropped at Chandigarh Airport. Driver was very humble, polite and helpful throughout the tour. Car was neat and clean. Hence it was old model Dzire but the cab was very well maintained from inside and outside. Driver knows all local routes and hidden places. It was awesome and unforgettable trip with Amit.
Other best part is the customer service, prompt back office reply to your queries within very short time. Owner Mr. Abhishek helped us with trip day wise itinerary which helped us alot and saved to plan our tour.
10 out 10 for best taxi services in Dharamshala.

All spots were covered squarely. Above all, our driving partner, Sanju (Sanjib Kumar Bharadwaj), is a very polite and perfectly professional person. He is a local person having good knowledge of the surroundings. Good wishes for him.
